Job Description

KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our Howell KinderCare center. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing classroom where young children learn, explore, and grow. You'll design developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional skills, and communicate regularly with families. Working within KinderCare's collaborative, inclusive culture, you'll receive training and opportunities to advance your career in early childhood education while making a meaningful impact on children's lives every day. Responsibilities Create and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Build positive, trusting relationships with children and families. Observe, document, and share children's progress with families and center leadership. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations and Kinder Care policies. Collaborate with teammates to plan activities and support center events. Use positive behavior guidance to support social-emotional growth. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
