Lead Teacher Qualifications Must be at least 19 years old Degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Education (Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's or qualifications that meet State of Michigan licensing requirements ) Minimum of 1 year of preschool classroom experience Strong classroom and behavior management skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Ready to plant seeds of learning, confidence, and kindness?
