Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards. Create a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that promotes learning and exploration. Observe, assess, and document children's development and progress. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience. Maintain accurate records and reports as required. Qualifications:
