In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners, facilitating their growth through engaging activities and individualized attention. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment. Provide individualized support to students, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Collaborate with parents to discuss student progress and address any concerns. Organize activities that promote physical, emotional, and intellectual growth in children. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that encourages exploration and preschool learning. Requirements A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience teaching preschool-aged children. Strong skills in childcare preK lesson planning and curriculum development. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children and parents. Knowledge of behavior management techniques and early intervention strategies.
