Job Description
We are seeking a fun and passionate teacher with a love for children to join our team in a toddler classroom!
Responsibilities:
- maintain a safe and organized environment for the children
- observe and document the children's behaviors, interests, and plans on a daily basis
- develop provocations based on documentation
- create a interesting and inclusive environment for all students
- intentionally communicate with students, parents, and staff
- collaborate with other teachers and staff to enrich the learning environment and community Requirement
- currently meets child care licensing's lead teacher qualifications
- have respect for children, their ideas, and their problem-solving capacity
- be eager to immerse themselves in a Reggio Emilia inspired curriculum
- have experience with toddlers in a licensed or home child care setting
- be ready to bring ideas and cooperation to the challenge of expanding our toddler program
