Little House is a home-based preschool and child care seeking to provide excellent care and learning opportunities for young children in a comfortable home environment. Little House is located in Belmont, right off 131 at Post Drive and we are licensed to care for 14 children, typically age 0-5. We are currently searching for an assistant who is hardworking, patient, responsible, and dependable, and most definitely someone who displays a love and passion for children. Little House currently has openings for either a part time or a full time staff member. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7:30-5:30pm, so scheduling would range within those hours. Scheduling is flexible. The number of hours and days will be based on applicant availability. Schedules are set in advance by the college semester (spring, summer, fall), so no need to worry about week to week changes. Job responsibilities include ensuring the well-being of children and meeting their needs, cleaning, light meal prep, and lots of reading and playing. Experience with children is required. Employees must be willing to submit to a fingerprinting background check and obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
