Full Job Description Job Summary:
Join our team as a Daycare Teacher and play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for implementing engaging activities, fostering development, and ensuring the well-being of children in our daycare facility.Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to support children's growth and learning.
- Create a safe and supportive atmosphere where children can explore, learn, and interact positively.
- Promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through structured play and educational experiences.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behaviors, and any concerns that may arise.
- Manage classroom dynamics by implementing positive behavior management strategies to maintain a conducive learning environment.
- Collaborate with fellow daycare staff to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities and maintain a clean and organized space.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Familiarity with toddler care, early intervention techniques, literacy education, and child welfare.
- Ability to engage students through interactive activities that promote learning and development.
- Experience in working with students from diverse backgrounds or in private school settings is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Passion for supporting the growth and well-being of young learners through compassionate care and educational guidance.
