Full Job Description Job Summary:
Join our team as a Daycare Teacher and play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for implementing engaging activities, fostering development, and ensuring the well-being of children in our daycare facility.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to support children's growth and learning.
  • Create a safe and supportive atmosphere where children can explore, learn, and interact positively.
  • Promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through structured play and educational experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behaviors, and any concerns that may arise.
  • Manage classroom dynamics by implementing positive behavior management strategies to maintain a conducive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with fellow daycare staff to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities and maintain a clean and organized space.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting.
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with toddler care, early intervention techniques, literacy education, and child welfare.
  • Ability to engage students through interactive activities that promote learning and development.
  • Experience in working with students from diverse backgrounds or in private school settings is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
