Trinity Lutheran Early Childhood Center is looking for a passionate Assistant Teacher to join our team, Monday through Friday. At Trinity, we don't just provide childcare—we nurture and educate children to prepare them for a life on Earth and in Heaven. We are seeking a candidate who can help us deliver high-quality, Christian care and education, while also supporting and ministering to parents in our congregation and community.

What You'll Do:

Assist the lead teacher in managing the classroom and implementing daily activities. Treat every child with dignity and respect, fostering a positive and loving environment. Help with general housekeeping tasks to keep our space clean and welcoming. Maintain accurate records and follow all state licensing guidelines. Attend staff meetings and participate in training to grow your skills and knowledge.

What We're Looking For:

At least 18 years of age. Previous classroom experience is a plus! Someone who understands and supports Trinity's mission and purpose. A candidate who can lift at least 30 pounds and get up and down from the floor to keep up with our energetic students. Willingness to complete a mandatory background and fingerprint test.
