Job Description
Daycare Teacher Grace Childcare Services LLC Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curriculum, supporting diverse learning needs, and ensuring that all students receive quality education tailored to their individual requirements. Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to the diverse needs of students. Educate students in various subjects, focusing on literacy education and other core areas. Collaborate with parents, staff, and specialists to create and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students requiring additional support. Utilize Montessori methods and principles to enhance learning experiences in the classroom. Conduct assessments, including standardized testing, to evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes positive behavior and social skills among children. Supervise classroom activities, ensuring compliance with daycare and preschool regulations. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education. Skills Strong knowledge of curriculum development and early childhood education principles. Experience working with children in daycare or preschool settings is essential. Familiarity with deaf education practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and needs. Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
