Lead Preschool Teacher Next Steps Learning Center Next Steps Learning Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher for our Preschool classroom. We are looking for someone who is energetic, compassionate, dependable, and committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young children. If you love working with children, building meaningful relationships with families, and making a lasting impact, we would love to meet you! Responsibilities Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans Maintain a welcoming, organized classroom environment that encourages learning and exploration Build strong relationships and maintain open communication with families Collaborate with parents to support each child's growth and success Ensure compliance with Minnesota state licensing regulations and classroom ratios Assist with classroom organization, light cleaning, and daily preparation tasks Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive atmosphere for all children Qualifications Meet Minnesota state licensing requirements for education, experience, and age Previous experience in a licensed child care center preferred First Aid, CPR, SIDS, and Shaken Baby certifications preferred Caring, patient, and professional demeanor Strong passion for working with children and making a positive impact Ability to lift, bend, move actively throughout the day, and sit on the floor as needed Qualified candidates should submit a resume and salary requirements.
