• Eden Prairie/Minnetonka Especially for Children is seeking a dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team at our Eden Prairie/Minnetonka center — conveniently located near the border of Minnetonka, Eden Prairie, and Chanhassen.

This position is for candidates who meet Minnesota Teacher qualifications. Applicants who are not teacher-qualified should apply to our Aide position instead. About Us We are a locally owned, family-centered early childhood program with nine Twin Cities locations. All are NAEYC Accredited and Four-Star Parent Aware rated. Sign-On Bonus $750 for candidates with a degree in Early Childhood Education $500 for teacher-qualified candidates without a degree Bonus paid after 30 and 60 days of employment Applies to this full-time position only We're looking for someone who:

• Meets Minnesota Teacher qualifications (required)
• Holds a degree, CDA, or college credits in Early Childhood Education or a related field (candidates with relevant college coursework may qualify)
• Has experience working in a childcare center or licensed daycare
• Relates positively with young children and their families
• Can plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities
• Works well as part of a collaborative teaching team
