Join Edina Public Schools' Early Learning and Family Center as a Childcare Assistant and help make each day the best part of the day for our youngest learners! In this role, you'll support and advance Edina Public Schools' mission, vision, and core values by providing program support to Early Learning Center staff, supporting preschool teachers and engaging students in early childhood programming. You'll supervise students, offer guidance, and serve as a role model for appropriate behavior, helping create a caring, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, included, and encouraged to grow. As part of the Edina Public Schools community — home to more than 8,500 diverse student learners across our early learning center, elementary schools, middle schools, high school, and virtual pathway program — you'll help carry that same spirit of excellence and inclusion into the Early Learning Center, working alongside staff and families to support each child's journey.
