Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Preschool Lead Teacher to join our team full-time this fall. This role is ideal for someone who is confident leading a classroom, enjoys nature-based learning, and wants to be part of a mission-driven program—not just a job.
What You'll Do:
Lead a preschool classroom in daily routines, curriculum, and care Plan and implement engaging, nature-based learning experiences Maintain a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment Ensure compliance with MN Rule 3 requirements and licensing standards Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members Provide guidance and support to Assistant Teachers in the classroom
Qualifications:
Teacher-qualified per MN Rule 3 (required) Experience in early childhood education Strong leadership and classroom management skills Passion for nature-based and faith-centered learning Reliable, organized, and team-oriented Why Join Little Beginnings?
