Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Lead Toddler or Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development aligned with early childhood standards Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and respectful behavior among children Manage daily classroom activities, including lesson planning, circle time, play-based learning, and physical education exercises Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones through meetings and written updates Apply effective behavior management strategies to support positive social interactions and address challenges constructively Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare policies to maintain a safe and healthy environment Incorporate special education techniques and early intervention strategies when supporting children with diverse learning needs or developmental delays Requirements Proven experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting, including preschool or daycare environments Strong knowledge of child development principles, early childhood education best practices, and classroom management techniques Certification or training in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing professional development in childhood education is highly valued Familiarity with curriculum development, literacy education, math instruction, and standardized testing methods for early learners Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and community partners Ability to implement lesson plans that incorporate physical education, behavior management strategies, and inclusive teaching practices Experience working with children who have special needs or require early intervention services is preferred Join us to be part of an inspiring team committed to nurturing the next generation of learners!
