Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) Teacher (. 5 FTE): 2026-27 School Year Richfield Public Schools 7001 Harriet Ave (Show on map) Jun 05, 2026 The Richfield Public School District is currently accepting applications for a .5 (20 hours per week) ECFE Teacher at Central Education Center beginning the 2026-2027 school year. The ECFE Early Childhood Teacher is responsible for planning, preparing, and facilitating culturally responsive and developmentally appropriate programs for young children and their families within the guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Education. This position collaborates closely with ECFE staff, parent educators, and other early childhood professionals to support both parent-child interaction and individual child development. Key responsibilities include maintaining a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom environment, assessing children's development, conducting family conferences, and ensuring accurate program documentation. The educator promotes positive communication with families and the community, supports outreach efforts, and ensures all programs focus on Richfield Public Schools Equity Policy.
