We're looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Lead Toddler Teacher to join our growing team at Kiddie Academy of Woodbury. This is an opportunity to be part of a newer, rapidly growing academy focused on high-quality education, strong family relationships, and creating a positive culture for both children and staff. What You'll Do Lead and manage a toddler classroom in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities aligned with our curriculum Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Maintain daily communication with families regarding their child's progress and activities Create a positive classroom culture through patience, consistency, and enthusiasm Ensure compliance with Minnesota childcare licensing regulations and center policies Collaborate with other teachers and leadership team members to support overall center success Qualifications Experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare or preschool setting Previous lead teacher experience preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Passion for early childhood education and child development Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred (but not required depending on experience) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Full-time and flexible scheduling opportunities Supportive leadership team Positive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Free employee childcare A beautiful, state-of-the-art academy environment Why Join Us?
