Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Create a positive and nurturing learning environment for children
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and inclusive space for all students
- Provide individualized attention and support to students with diverse learning needs
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and upcoming events
Skills:
- Behavior management: Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
- Curriculum development: Experience in developing age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum.
- Classroom management: Skill in maintaining an organized and productive classroom environment.
- Early childhood education: Knowledge of best practices in early childhood education.
- Toddler care: Experience working with toddlers and providing appropriate care.
Preschool:
Understanding of the unique needs of preschool-aged children.- Literacy education: Familiarity with strategies for promoting literacy skills in young learners.
