Lead Teacher:
Lead a preschool classroom with confidence, love, and intention Create and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum Support children's emotional growth through positive guidance and modeling Collaborate with and guide your teaching team with clear, supportive communication Foster an inclusive, respectful, joyful environment for every child Build trusting relationships with families through consistent communication Maintain a safe, organized, engaging classroom space
What We're Looking For:
✅ 18+ years old ✅ Clear background check required ✅ 12+ months of experience in a preschool, childcare, or K-1st grade setting ✅Creative and confident in curriculum planning and lesson design ✅ Strong communication skills with children, families, and coworkers ✅ Comfortable in a fast-paced , dynamic learning environment ✅ Positive attitude and a commitment to continuous growth and learning ✅ Strong leadership and collaboration skills—able to support and inspire a teaching team ✅ Knowledge of early childhood education best practices
