This position would be approximately 7:45a to 2:30p M-F. Are you a nurturing, dependable caregiver with strong attention to detail who excels at maintaining a safe, organized uber-clean environment? retirement benefits for eligible employees What You'll Do Help create a clean, safe, secure, warm, and developmentally appropriate classroom for children ages 6 weeks to 2 years old. Support daily routines, including feeding, diapering, supervision, and play-based learning activities. Encourage children's growth and development through positive interactions and responsive caregiving. Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Genuinely enjoys caring for and interacting with infants and toddlers throughout the day. Notices children's needs and responds with patience, warmth, and attentiveness. Is responsive not only to the needs of children, but also to the needs of fellow teachers and the classroom team. Learns routines quickly and follows directions consistently. Notices what needs to be done and takes initiative to help without needing constant direction. Important Expectations A strong commitment to safety and cleanliness is essential.
