Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Daycare Worker/Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young children can explore, learn, and grow. Your enthusiasm and dedication will inspire children's development across various areas, including social skills, emotional well-being, and foundational academic concepts. Responsibilities Plan and implement engaging daily activities tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers. Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity Monitor children's behavior using effective behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions Provide basic first aid and respond appropriately to emergencies or accidents with compassion and professionalism Collaborate with colleagues to develop individualized care plans for children with special education needs or disabilities Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and daily activities Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's development, milestones, and any concerns Experience Prior classroom experience in a daycare, preschool, or early childhood education setting is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and age-appropriate teaching strategies Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a strong plus Familiarity with infant care, toddler care, and preschool curriculum standards Certification in first aid and CPR is desirable; ongoing training in early childhood education is advantageous Previous nannying or babysitting experience that involved caregiving responsibilities for young children is valuable Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a lively, positive atmosphere Join us in shaping the future by providing joyful learning experiences for our youngest learners!
