Lead Teachers Assistant Teachers Cooks Support Staff Little Learners Spectrum Center is an award-winning, Missouri Accredited, state-licensed early childhood education program in Farmington, Missouri. We're looking for passionate, dependable educators who want to make a lasting impact on children's lives while building a rewarding career.

Assistant Teacher Pay:

$15.00-$17.00 per hour (based on education and experience) Qualifications Minimum of 6 college credit hours in Early Childhood Education or a related field OR Experience working with young children OR Willing to begin college immediately through our scholarship program. We pay for your college degree—up to your Bachelor's degree! We're looking for caring, energetic team members who are eager to learn, grow, and provide high-quality care and education.

Lead Teacher Pay:

$18.00-$26.00 per hour (based on education, experience, and position) Qualifications CDA (Child Development Associate), Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a closely related field. Previous experience working with young children preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and classroom management skills. Why Work at Little Learners?
