Role Summary As a Certified Pre-K Teacher, you will lead a high-quality classroom focused on the holistic development of 4- and 5-year-old scholars. You will design and implement a rigorous, play-based curriculum that meets Missouri Early Learning Standards while fostering a deep sense of belonging and joy. Working collaboratively with a classroom team and families, you will ensure that our youngest learners exit your room with the confidence and skills to thrive in any Kindergarten environment. Why You'll Succeed (Qualifications)

Certified Professional:

Valid Missouri Teaching Certification in Early Childhood Education (B-3).

Degree Requirements:

Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree, required; Master's degree, preferred.

Pedagogical Expert:

You have a deep mastery of early literacy, foundational numeracy, and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) strategies.
