Job Description

KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Hazelwood center to nurture young children through engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. In this role, you will design and lead play-based lessons, maintain a safe, welcoming classroom, and support each child's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. You'll build strong partnerships with families, communicate progress, and model inclusive, respectful interactions. Working within our collaborative culture, you'll join a supportive team, receive ongoing training, and have opportunities to grow your career in early childhood education. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based curriculum and activities. Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Supervise children and manage behavior using positive guidance. Observe and document children's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with families about learning and milestones. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on programs. Follow health, safety, and state childcare licensing standards. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
