Job Description

Overview Join our dedicated team as a Full-Time Childcare Provider specializing in pre-school-aged children! You will be instrumental in supporting childhood development, fostering social skills, and encouraging curiosity through thoughtful activities and attentive care. Duties Supervise and care for pre-school children from 7AM to 3PM, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the day Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap schedules, diapering, and bathroom assistance Monitor children's behavior using effective behavior management techniques to foster positive conduct Support early childhood development by engaging children in educational play and developmental exercises Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards including first aid readiness Skills Proven experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response to emergencies Ability to work effectively with children with disabilities or special needs when necessary Skilled in classroom experience including behavior management and creating inclusive learning environments Compassionate caregiving skills with a focus on nurturing and supporting infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families and team members effectively Embark on a fulfilling journey where your dedication helps shape bright futures! Pay:
