  • you'll be an active participant in shaping the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of the children in your care.
You'll lead engaging, age-appropriate activities, foster curiosity, and create a nurturing classroom environment that supports early learning and development. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, collaborative setting and is passionate about early childhood education grounded in best practices like Project Construct and Creative Curriculum.
  • Schedule Options:
  • Monday- Friday 8 or 10 hour shifts
  • What You'll Do:
  • + Provide high-quality care in a safe, nurturing environment + Plan and implement age-appropriate, developmentally sound lesson plans + Support kindergarten readiness through engaging curriculum + Create a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom + Foster open communication and strong relationships with families + Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, professional workplace + Maintain flexibility and a commitment to continuous improvement + Attend all required in-service trainings + Maintain CPR and First Aid certification •

    Less than 1 year Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Department of Social Services Fingerprint (DSS) - Missouri Department of Social Services
