Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler, Two's and Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive, learn, and develop essential skills. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing engaging curriculum activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and learning. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their child's development. Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive classroom that supports diverse learning needs, including special education. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment while adhering to child welfare regulations. Engage students in interactive activities that promote foundational skills in math, literacy, and socialization. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of childhood development. Experience Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred. Knowledge of special education practices is a plus. Familiarity with curriculum development tailored to early childhood education. Understanding of child welfare standards and best practices in classroom management. A background in private school education is beneficial but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the community.
