We are seeking an energetic, organized, and compassionate Assistant Director to help lead our O'Fallon center. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced childcare professional who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and families.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assist with the overall management and daily operations of the center Support staff recruitment, scheduling, training, and development Help implement and oversee age-appropriate curriculum programs Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations and center policies Assist with enrollment, parent communication, and administrative duties Support classroom staff and step into classrooms as needed Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and educational environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous childcare, preschool, or daycare experience required Experience in a leadership role such as Assistant Director, Director, Supervisor, Lead Teacher, or Manager preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable using technology and learning new software programs CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Class E Driver's License preferred
