Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic School-Age Teacher to inspire and nurture children during their before/after-school hours and No School Days. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and educational environment for students ages 5-12. Your enthusiasm for youth development, combined with your ability to manage a classroom effectively, will help us create a space where kids want to be. Duties:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lessons that promote academic growth, social skills, and creativity for school-age children. Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement, behavior management strategies, and clear expectations to ensure a respectful learning environment. Supervise children during indoor activities, outdoor play, field trips, and special events, ensuring their safety at all times. Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns that arise

Qualifications:
