Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® in a way that supports the unique needs of each child. Use TLE's engaging characters and curriculum tools to make learning enjoyable. Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning. Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and happy classroom environment. Do You:
Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children? Enjoy leading a classroom and helping children grow? Have experience working with children in a preschool, daycare, or school setting? Have a high school diploma or GED? Have ECE coursework or an early childhood education degree? Preferred, but not required. Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role?
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred ECE coursework preferred 2+ years of experience as a lead teacher in a childcare center preferred At least 6 months of professional teaching experience preferred Prior experience working with children in a preschool, daycare, or school setting Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices Must meet state-specific childcare licensing guidelines for the role CPR and First Aid certification preferred If this sounds like the perfect fit for you, apply now to learn more about joining our friendly and supportive daycare team.
