Shaping Future Learners Lindbergh's Little Academy, a preschool dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator . We are committed to creating a nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment for our young learners ages 0-5. We are currently looking to fill an open position as a Float Teacher. We are looking for a qualified professional who: Demonstrates a strong understanding of early childhood development Is passionate about early childhood education (CDA/ECE degree preferred)) Is proficient in implementing curriculum and creating engaging lesson plans Values a collaborative and supportive team environment Maintains a warm and organized classroom Is CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Is committed to learning and implementing Conscious Discipline practices Actively participates in family engagement events. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans. Create and maintain a positive, organized learning environment. Provide individualized care and support for each child's well-being. Communicate effectively with parents and actively engage them. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and address diverse needs. Maintain required certifications, including CPR/First Aid.
