Responsibilities Provide attentive and compassionate care to toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social skills, and physical development Monitor children's health, hygiene, and nutrition needs, including diapering, feeding, and nap routines Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns Support positive behavior management strategies to foster cooperation and emotional regulation Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures diligently to ensure a secure environment for children Join us in shaping the future by providing nurturing care that supports every child's growth journey.
