Job Description

Aspen Academy | Full-Time Lead Teacher Aspen Academy is seeking passionate, dedicated Lead Teachers to join our early childhood education team! We are currently hiring for classrooms ranging from Infant through Pre-K . If you are enthusiastic about early childhood development and thrive in a nurturing, structured environment, we would love to hear from you.
Position Responsibilities:
Implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans Lead engaging classroom activities that promote learning through play Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment Support children's cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development Use positive redirection and effective behavior management strategies Maintain strong classroom management and organization Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
Qualifications:
Experience in early childhood education preferred Strong classroom management skills Ability to lead a classroom independently Passion for working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Excellent communication and teamwork skills
