Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers to join our Dedeaux KinderCare learning center. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where young children can explore, learn, and grow. You'll design and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum, support each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development, and build strong, communicative relationships with families. Working within KinderCare's inclusive, collaborative culture, you'll have opportunities for professional growth while making a meaningful impact on children's lives every day. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure their physical and emotional safety at all times. Observe, document, and communicate children's progress to families and center leadership. Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning. Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum and center events. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations and Kinder Care policies. Engage in ongoing professional development and training. Partner with families to support each child's individual needs and goals.
