Job Summary We are seeking
WILLING WORKERS
who are dedicated and passionate for Child Care to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. The Child Care Teacher will be responsible for developing age-appropriate lesson plans, engaging with children in meaningful ways, and fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Manage classroom activities effectively to ensure a positive learning environment. Provide care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Educate children on basic life skills, social interaction, and emotional regulation. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Conduct regular assessments of children's development and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols. Foster an inclusive atmosphere that respects diversity among students. Experience Previous experience in child care settings such as preschool, nannying, or babysitting is highly desirable. Strong classroom management skills to create an orderly environment conducive to learning. Experience working with children of various age groups, particularly infants and toddlers. Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Certification in First Aid/CPR is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is required.
