In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment that promotes the holistic development of young children. Your expertise will help foster curiosity, social skills, and foundational knowledge through innovative lesson planning and classroom management. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education. Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive behavior management. Plan and execute engaging lessons tailored to the developmental stages. Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining high standards of child welfare and safety. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's development, milestones, and any behavioral or educational concerns. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings with a strong understanding of childhood development principles. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Prior experience with toddler care, preschool activities, and classroom experience across diverse age groups is preferred. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields.
