Job Description

KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Meridian KinderCare center in Educational Services. In this role, you'll create a safe, engaging classroom where young children learn through play-based, developmentally appropriate activities. You will design daily lessons, support social-emotional growth, and closely observe each child's progress. Teachers build strong partnerships with families through regular communication and collaboration. At KinderCare, you'll join a nurturing, inclusive culture with opportunities for professional development, career advancement, and meaningful impact on children's early learning journeys. Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for young children. Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based curriculum and daily activities. Monitor children's development and document observations and progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's growth and classroom happenings. Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide events and initiatives. Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior. Follow Kinder Care policies, licensing standards, and safety procedures.
