Must enjoy working with children and have experience caring for infants. Looking to have 7:30-4:15 covered at least 3 days per week, but flexible with other hours. Starting pay is $16- 17 hour based on experience, education and training. Must be 18 and willing to complete CPR/First Aid and online orientation classes. Clean, positive, sunny home environment and rewarding, enjoyable work! I am able to offer child enrollment for your child to come with you if you qualify for Best Beginnings. Duties Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care at all times. Implement activities tailored to children's developmental needs. Provide nurturing care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and comforting. Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming environment. Communicate effectively and professionally with parents. Collaborate to create a cohesive team approach. Support children's emotional and social development by providing guidance in conflict resolution. Qualifications Previous experience in childcare settings such as daycare, nannying, or babysitting. Knowledge of infant care practices and toddler development. Experience working with students or in classroom settings is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with other caregivers and communicate effectively with parents. Certification in CPR and First Aid is an advantage but not mandatory at the time of application; training can be provided. A genuine love for children and a commitment to their growth and well-being.
