In this vital role, you will lead classroom activities, foster a nurturing environment, and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum tailored to infants' needs. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire young learners, support their growth, and promote a love of learning from the very beginning. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the foundational experiences of our youngest students while collaborating with a dedicated team of educators committed to excellence in early childhood education. Duties Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for infants Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum focusing on early development milestones, literacy education, and social-emotional growth Manage classroom routines including diapering, feeding, nap times, and sensory activities with compassion and professionalism Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address concerns, and support each child's individual needs Incorporate best practices in behavior management, childhood development, and special education strategies to foster positive interactions Qualifications Experience working with children in daycare or preschool settings, particularly with infants or toddlers Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, and team members effectively Ability to manage a classroom confidently while maintaining a warm and supportive environment Join us as a Lead Infant Teacher and make a meaningful impact during the most formative years of children's lives!
