Pre-School Lead Teacher

Duties Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, along with Montessori and Reggio Emilia methods. Lead daily classroom activities that promote active learning, curiosity, and social interaction among preschool children. Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques to create a respectful learning environment. Monitor and assess each child's progress through observations to tailor instruction accordingly. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's development, milestones, and classroom experiences to enhance strong home-school connections. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, and licensing regulations while maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment. Requirements Proven experience working with young children in preschool or daycare settings, including classroom management and lesson planning. Strong knowledge of childhood development. Familiarity with curriculum development tools such as Montessori and Reggio Emilia methods. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
