In this role you will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and grow. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, supports their development, and builds positive relationships with families. This position is ideal for someone who is compassionate, energetic, and committed to helping children thrive in a safe and nurturing setting. Responsibilities Provide attentive care for infants and young children Engage children in age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment Assist with feeding, meal preparation, and daily routines Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth Communicate professionally with team members and families Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required Must pass a FBI background check Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification Genuine passion for working with children Patient, positive, and able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment Dependable with strong attendance with reliability
