Teacher, Assistant Elementary (6-12), Adolescents (12-18) Listed 6 July 2026 The role of the Assistant in our Christian Montessori Elementary classroom is to support the Lead Guide in creating and facilitating a joyful and peaceful learning environment for children. This includes modeling loving and respectful behavior; helping children gain independence; attentive observation of children's interests, activities and skills; sharing observations with Lead Teacher; and helping maintain a beautiful and well-prepared physical learning environment. Hours are full time, M-F, 8:30 a.m. - 3 p.m., pay range $20 - $24/hr DOE Our Adolescent Guide would be responsible for co-creating a fledgling Adolescent community, working closely with our team of dedicated staff to follow Montessori principles for this age group. We are looking for a passionate and visionary Guide to join our team, who has the confidence to blend academics with hands-on work, and the humility to collaborate with students and staff. Hours may vary according to availability of the right fit: This could be a part time (25 hrs/wk) or full time position (35 hrs/wk) and pay would range between $25 - $30/hr. Our school serves ages 3 to 15 years on a beautiful campus in the center of Missoula, and our tight-knit community values true partnership between staff and parents in our work to aid each individual on their path of development.
