About Us At The Christine Avery Learning Centers, we believe strong classrooms start with supported educators. We are a structured, team-based early learning program focused on child development, consistency, and meaningful relationships with children and families. We are currently hiring Early Childhood Educators for infant, toddler, and teacher support roles. What It's Like Working Here You will not be expected to "do it all alone." Our classrooms are built on teamwork, clear expectations, and leadership support. Teachers are supported by on-site leadership and clear classroom systems so they can focus on what matters most, teaching and connecting with children. We value structure, consistency, and real support in the classroom. What You'll Do Support or lead daily classroom learning activities Create a safe, structured, and engaging environment for children Follow simple, developmentally appropriate lesson plans Support children's social, emotional, and academic growth Communicate professionally with families and team members Maintain classroom cleanliness and licensing standards Work as part of a supportive teaching team Who We're Looking For Reliable, consistent, and team-oriented educators People who enjoy working with young children Willingness to learn and grow professionally Experience in childcare preferred but not required High school diploma required (ECE credentials a plus) What We Offer Pay based on experience and education ($17-$24/hr) Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (full-time) 55% Childcare Discount Paid Holidays & PTO 401(k) Retirement Plan Training & Professional Development Support Scholarship & Education Opportunities Why CWA We focus on building strong classrooms and supporting the educators inside them.
