We provide children the opportunity to learn at their own pace. Teachers need to be compassionate in providing care. Ensure the daily care of every child is being followed by the licensing guidelines. Engage in countless activities. Maintain confidentiality. Maintain daily open communication with parents. Provide guidance for children's behavior. Keep all appropriate records such as daily attendance & weekly lesson plans. Implement positive reinforcement encouraging children with hugs and verbal praises everyday!!! Attend in service training & staff meetings.
