Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Experienced Infant Teacher to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will create a warm and engaging classroom environment that promotes early childhood development. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that support early intervention, literacy education, and overall childhood development. Foster a nurturing environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, and social-emotional growth among infants and toddlers. Manage classroom activities with effective classroom management techniques to ensure safety, engagement, and positive behavior. Collaborate with families to support each child's individual needs, including those requiring special education or additional support in behavior management. Conduct regular assessments of children's progress using standardized testing methods when appropriate and document developmental milestones. Incorporate Montessori principles or other educational philosophies to enhance learning experiences tailored to young children. Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that promotes child welfare, safety, and comfort at all times. Qualifications Proven classroom experience working with infants or toddlers in daycare or preschool settings. Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and early childhood education best practices. Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management strategies. Familiarity with special education needs, early intervention programs, and behavior management techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to implement teaching strategies for literacy education, math readiness, physical education activities, and overall child welfare. Certification in early childhood education or related fields preferred; Montessori training is a plus.
