Role:
Join our vibrant team at Charlotte Child Development Center as a Preschool and Full-Time Floater! This exciting opportunity allows you to make a positive impact on young children's lives while working in a nurturing and engaging environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children. Support lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans. Supervise children during playtime, meals, and outdoor activities. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members. Adapt to various classroom settings and age groups as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of classrooms and play areas. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities. Promote positive behavior and conflict resolution among children.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in early childhood education preferred. Previous experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting. CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing needs. Passion for early childhood education and child development. Background check clearance and references required. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
