Recent experience with Fours in a Preschool/learning environment is a plus. Must be a team player and willing to learn. Experience managing behaviors a plus. Must have some basic knowledge about early childhood and the ability to take constructive feedback. Classroom organization and maintenance is mandatory. New Horizons implements Frogstreet Curriculum. Must be organized, flexible, and willing to adjust to the children's needs, as plans often change throughout the day. General starting schedule will be 8:30-5:30, opportunities for adjustment based on education, personal needs, and other factors, Monday-Friday with a one hour lunch.
