Twos Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Two's Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment tailored specifically for two-year-old children. Your primary focus will be fostering early childhood development through engaging activities, structured lesson plans, and compassionate care. As a Two's Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth while ensuring their safety and well-being. Duties Implement age-appropriate curriculum that promote literacy education, math skills, and overall childhood development aligned with early intervention principles. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques. Provide attentive toddler care by supervising daily routines such as feeding, diapering, potty training, nap times, and outdoor play. Foster strong communication with children to encourage language development and social skills. Collaborate with parents to discuss each child's progress, milestones, and development. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that supports learning and complies with childcare regulations. Experience Prior classroom experience working with children aged two years old in daycare or preschool settings is required. Familiarity with classroom management techniques, behavior management strategies, and developmentally appropriate behavior. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and coworkers. Training in early childhood education methods is a plus but not mandatory. This is a year round M-F position with the set hours of 9am-6pm.
