Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team, whether part-time or full-time, with a focus on nurturing young minds and supporting their developmental journey. Ideal candidates will have either completed EDU 119 (a foundational early childhood education course) or possess at least five years of hands-on childcare experience in a licensed facility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in children's lives by providing attentive, engaging, and safe care in a dynamic environment. Your energy and commitment will help foster a positive learning atmosphere where children feel valued, supported, and inspired to explore their potential. Duties Provide attentive care to children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with special needs Implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, social skills, and emotional well-being Ensure the safety of all children by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized environment Support classroom management by guiding behavior positively and encouraging respectful interactions Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and outdoor play Collaborate with parents and team members to share updates on children's progress and needs Maintain accurate records of activities, incidents, and developmental milestones Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting or classroom settings Ability to manage behavior effectively through positive reinforcement techniques First aid certification and knowledge of emergency response procedures Familiarity with special education needs and working with individuals with disabilities Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members Proven classroom management skills and ability to create a nurturing learning environment Join us in shaping bright futures!
