In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment that promotes curiosity, social-emotional growth, and foundational skills for children in preschool age. Your energy and enthusiasm will help foster a love of learning while supporting each child's unique developmental journey. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social skills. Design engaging lesson plans that incorporate Montessori methods, classroom management strategies, and differentiated instruction to meet diverse learner needs. Foster a positive classroom environment through effective behavior management techniques and nurturing relationships with children. Conduct ongoing assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor developmental progress and tailor instruction accordingly. Collaborate with families, specialists in special education and early intervention, and community partners to support each child's welfare and educational growth. Manage classroom routines, including toddler care, preschool activities, and childcare duties, ensuring safety and compliance with licensing requirements. Maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, lesson plans, and incident reports to support transparency and continuous improvement. Experience Prior experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool classrooms, or private schools is essential. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across multiple domains including literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and childhood development. Knowledge of special education practices, early intervention strategies, behavior management techniques, and child welfare standards. Proven classroom management skills with the ability to create an inclusive environment that supports toddlers through preschool-aged children. Experience with classroom experience involving teaching physical education or tutoring is advantageous. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Familiarity with Montessori methods or other specialized educational approaches is a plus.
