Responsibilities Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early childhood development and learning through play-based activities. Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology tools to track student progress and tailor instruction accordingly. Conduct ongoing assessments of infants' developmental milestones, including motor skills, language acquisition, and social-emotional growth, using assessment-driven instruction methods. Manage classroom routines efficiently, ensuring a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and independence. Collaborate with colleagues on lesson planning, curriculum development, and implementing instructional strategies aligned with early childhood education standards. Engage with families regularly to communicate progress, address concerns, and provide guidance on developmental milestones and educational activities at home. Apply behavior management techniques to foster positive social interactions and resolve conflicts effectively among young children. Requirements Proven experience working with infants or in early childhood education settings; preschool or toddler care experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, literacy education, math fundamentals for young children, and physical education activities suitable for infants. Familiarity with special education needs and experience working with children with disabilities or developmental delays. Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate instructional design principles and learning technology tools such as LMS platforms. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and connect with families. Understanding of educational compliance regulations related to early childhood programs and licensing standards. Demonstrated classroom management skills combined with conflict management strategies tailored for young learners. Experience in assessment techniques for student performance data analysis and implementing academic interventions within multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS).
